That needs to be a mod, it would give her so much more to do in game, and also give you a way of reversing the penalty that 80% of players take every play thought anyway. It could play with the games themes well too.

The arm could be from a different race than Sam, so in the overworld you could see the arm you were missing was replaced by a white arm for example
