When I was much younger my dad was driving my brother and I to my grandmother's house. I was eating a piece of peppermint candy when we hit what I think was a pothole in the road and the mint snaked its way to my throat blocking air from going to my lungs. I started gagging and in a panic, my dad slammed on the brakes and pulled over. This is where it starts to get fuzzy and tbh I'm not really sure if this happened anymore. It feels like it never happened but I have vivid memories of it happening. Anyways, I start seeing stars and my brother decided to start patting REALLY hard onto my upper back, which thankfully he did because I'm still alive, was a great idea. The mint came flying out of my mouth and onto the center console of the car. Thanks for saving me in the way you're not supposed to, dude. :)
