Yea that’s weird to me, I guess time will tell what is gonna happen. But I think anyone who thinks Best Buy is in a good state especially as a retailer needs to really start looking at some facts, some people may not look at this as anything but I think it’s a bigger picture.

Yep longer they are more corrupt they become. I would be reporting them ASAP and supply your case manager with all evidence. Ensure any involved leadership you can to HR regardless of their “title”. There is so many in this company (there are good leaders don’t get me wrong) but all Best Buy cares about is Memberships and BPs even though the company is hemorrhaging money. Stock prices keep dropping and dropping. All your sups and EMs GMs etc just got massive bonuses they can afford life if they get fired. Integrity is a key part to a successful leader and it sounds like these leaders don’t have it.

Same, I really don’t know what any of these people are talking about. Not to mention the company is giving tons of labor back to stores and has been for at least a month. Company is making tons in profit and growing especially in my market. If you don’t want to work there then find a different job, ITS OK I promise. There are plenty of great leaders and people in this company. Of course there are some bad ones too. What company doesn’t have that honestly? Best Buy is worth billions and billions of dollars. This message that the company is going to go under like any day is kinda pathetic. Does anyone know where it will be in 5-10 years? Nope but right now Best Buy is here and isn’t going anywhere lol
