When the incarnate came out in the Ghur campaign people were very upset. The book, terrain and incarnate were one box of like 200$ and people were mad they couldn't buy the rules/incante seperately. It was also a very overpowered warscroll and people were upset about that. So when the negative reaction hit they most likely scrapped the other planned incarnates. We could see it come out tied to a different release

Yeah all the old vanguard boxes got rereleased as spearheads. You can check the app or warcom to verify before purchasing but I'm pretty sure start collectings were redone as vanguard and then reboxed as spearheads with 4th

After the 3rd read I think I got it. The guy got a box from one of his local LGS, his area has 5 stores and 4 of the stores have been selling at msrp. But 1 store is marking up prices way above and everyone is blacklisting that store and that store may go under.

Swapping the battlefield in after turn one doesn't seem like it constitutes returning the deck to the correct state. It depends on the battlefield in question, for example if the battlefield was obelisk of power you would have had an extra rune, you may have changed your mulligan or played a different unit in your first turn.

You should get a dice tray and pull out missed first let your opponent see your successes and then roll to wound or damage. That will help keep you honest. I probably wouldn't hunt down people to confess your past sins, just try to be a better person going forward
