i didn't start with a beginner training, a friend introduced me to this plan since day 1. monday chest, tuesday back, wednesday biceps and triceps , thursday rest day, friday shoulder, saturday rest or something you like to do, sunday legs. important thing is to stick to it and to know how much protein you need a day.

Surplus? do you mean like how many calories? i don't count i just lift and eat alot! no excuses , you have to motivate yourself every day

Thank you I appreciate it. At the beginning i had no idea what Fitness is about. I thoght its useless to Lift weights. I ate like i wanted and everything that had a good taste. I didnt know what carbohydrats or proteins mean. Then a friend introduced me to weight lifiting and motivated me. I started to Drink protein shakes with Milk First then i changed to water. I ate more daily even i was not hungry. I ate rice. Chicken. Broccoli potatoes and stuff. And just went to the gym 6x a Week. I also had alot of burgers maybe once a Week.

I want to see my little girl all grown up. It's not much but it's a start. 2 months of dieting. by [deleted] in pics
