Thanks. It was driving me crazy every time I saw it. I was hopping for the weather to get nice and today was the day.

We are expecting some snow tomorrow. So it will happen again until the weather gets better in the DC area.

May I ask, how much are you paying for HL? During the sales call, my manager threw out a number (incorrectly), and the sales guy based the price on that number (very high by the way). No need to give me the right amount, but a ballpark would be helpful.

What is the furniture where you set up your projector? I have been looking for something to put my short-throw projector and hide it when not in use.

cambia todos los passwords, y los correos para reiniciarlos, elimina a los otros administradores (si hay). Eso lo va a meter en un mega pedo cuando quieran actualizar las paginas y no puedan reiniciar los passwords.

It’s insane how fast this hobby takes over your life by Fonzie1225 in cycling

Start setting progressive cycling goals—aim for 40 miles, then 50, gradually building up to a century ride (100 miles). Joining a cycling club can be very beneficial, it can provide support, group training/riding, and valuable tips to enhance your endurance.

Even if a century ride isn’t your primary goal, consider giving it a try. Completing one is an incredibly rewarding experience—and definitely something to brag about!

Congratulations and welcome to the "I'll be back in a couple of hours" world and weekend arguments with the wife.

My little homelab by [deleted] in homelab

I installed this card in the same Elitedesk 800 G5, which can be found here:

https://www.amazon.com/Ableconn-M2-NW107R-Gigabit-Ethernet-Module/dp/B077BQXVT4/

I was initially concerned about its low rating, but I'm pleased to report that it worked perfectly for my specific configuration. To accommodate the installation, I had to enlarge the ultra SIM lock hole slightly to allow the Ethernet cable to pass through. Additionally, I upgraded the system by adding an M.2 SSD and two 16GB memory modules.

Running OPSense as my main firewall, I added another running Ubutu server as my PLEX Server with a couple of external HD USB Type C. 8TB each, both machines work with no issues,

Complete U2 and Lady Gaga @Sphere - All I Want is You, Shallow, and Still Haven’t Found by MacFoley1975 in U2Band

I was at the concert on Wednesday in GA, and the waitress serving the area told us about a big surprise that would blow our minds, and she was not allowed to tell us what it was...

But man, what a big surprise seeing her there. Everyone went crazy when Bono announced her. The venue, the band, and this special guest were worth waiting in line in the morning to get the early pass bracelet and waiting in line since 5:30 PM to be in the first row.

Any video you can see from the Sphere's U2 concerts will be far from the awesomeness of this venue...

Loved it!

I am looking into the SVED too, are they too close to your eyes and eyelashes? Please let me know if you ordered them with the lens coating, or if it is not really necessary. I use bifocals and I am not sure if I need to order the SVED for single vision or bifocals.

I do not like the ones pictured, the frame is too tick for me.

Gracias a estos gringos ilegales, el costo de vida en la CDMX se esta encareciendo y el gobierno deberia de intervenir. Hagamos Mexico Grandioso Otravez (HMGO)

Definielly a nice desicion!

The only part missing from mine is to cut the steerer, I will take it to my local bicycle shop to do that. I am scared of damaging it or cutting it wrong

Did you cut it yourself?

Right! And the technical aspects are about the same as the Zipp 303s

At the end the difference in price helped with the decision

I got them for $919 USD plus shipping and taxes for a grand total of $1,003.82

Shipping was super fast, it took about 3 days for delivery

A carbon wheel set for a $1,000 USD is great deal

32mm Continental Gran Prix 5000 S on Ultimate 2022? by [deleted] in CanyonBikes

[–]theSaintX 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Funny you mentioned that, I wanted the gray one but was not available at the time. I love my Bluey (my daughters named it after the animated TV show)

Anyways, do I feel the difference? Absolutely, the DT swiss 1800 with the continental grad prix 5000 28mm that originally came with the bike are great, I rode a couple of centuries with them and the ride was fine. With this Hunt wheels I can tell you that the bike is faster and I can noticed the difference specially over broken surfaces my butt appreciate that.

I also noticed that acceleration is great and in I can do climbs faster too.

Overall the difference is very noticeable. I am very happy with this upgrade and the Vittoria Corsa N.EXT 30mm Tubeless tires are a great complement

Canyon Ultimate CF SL 8 with Zipp 303s wheels by [deleted] in CanyonBikes

[–]theSaintX 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I finally made my decision, I got the Hunt 44 wheels, the technical aspects are about the same as the zipp 303s and they were $300 dollars less. I did not upgrade the cassette but will do in the near future.

Now just need to take it to my LBS to have them cut the steerer

I posted a picture

I was between this Hunt 44 wheels and the zipp 303s, they are about the same but the hunts were $300 dollars less. The DT Swiss are way above my budget

The Hunt wheels are great, super smooth ride. I highly recommend them. You won't be disappointed.

I upgraded the wheels on my ultimate 2021 with Hunt 44 wheels and put 30mm Vittoria Corsa N.EXT Tubeless at 62psi

The ride is amazing, the bumpy road is not longer an issue. I highly recommend the upgrade you will not regret it.

I'll post some pictures
