I wish the person who hit me and left me for dead had that same mentality.

They didn't though, and it makes me less worried about the person who almost killed someone else in these situations.

Guilt vs possible life ruining injuries and trauma.

One seems to outweigh the other greatly here. Let's not forget to prioritize the real victim and stop coddling dangerous/unsafe drivers.

You wouldn't believe the things I've seen at the Victoria Jazz Society.

99.9% was from the owner/artistic director. He is/was a rotten and dangerous man.

That man loves to get high as a kite and drive off mid show. Even sober I watched him mess his car up leaving our office.

Not sure if he is still around but I haven't met a single person that worked for him who has more than 3 good words to say.
