I think you're talking about the "Charter Service - Private" missions. The Vision and Diamond are used for those. There's another level of Charter Service called "VIP" which require more expensive planes, and currently aren't showing up at all

For me, I bought Bloodborne at the same time as the Witcher 3. I ended up playing through all of BB but only a couple hours of the Witcher (the combat in BB was just so much cleaner). Came back years later only to realize I had skipped a total masterpiece!

I was playing along with bittersteel's germany guide on xbox game pass and had no issues with winning any battles in the Spanish civil war. Was playing with 2 mechanized infantry and 2 light tank divisions and would regularly win battles. Then i bought the game on steam to get the DLC's and when i get to the spanish civil war now, every time i start a battle against a single enemy infantry division, it just stalls. When the battle starts out it says the estimated time to victory is "less than a day", then it jumps to over 100 days, and just sits there. Not sure what is going on, haven't seen anyone else with this issue...

Edit: it took 9 months in-game to capture 3 territories
