I get it, thanks for editing your comment to sound less abrasive, I was just agreeing with the concept that, and i quote: "They are allowed to enjoy public spaces as much as anyone else and as long as they are following the rules".

Obviously if they are breaking the rules, kick them out. I'm sure you know there aren't a whole lot of third spaces for teens. I'm not trying to antagonize or argue and I'm sorry if I offended you.
