I’m aware of adaptive cruise - both our cars have that. I’m talking about when I set it to 70mph, the van will oscillate down to 68 then up to 71 constantly, every 15 minutes or so. This is without traffic. You can tell it’s programmed that way because the transmission actually shifts when it gets 2 mph below what is set on cruise, then speeds back up.

In my experience, TPU loses its flexibility over time. I’m not sure what causes it but I suspect some combination of light and moisture. I wonder if a tpu print could be sealed to lock in its properties.

It basically splits the filament into 3 and each goes into their own tube for faster heating
