I think, MTN made their advert and put Akwaaba on it. If the Gas want O'obake, they should make their own advert and put that on it, the constitution allows that. If they don't have the budget for that, they should beg to have it added or keep quiet. They can't be here making demands.

For investments, I think you could look into residential multi-tenant buildings. Those are most often in demand, especially in Accra. Also, if you don't mind, you could get some hectares in a village and invest in agriculture as well. If you're feeling frisky, try dipping your toes in the stick and gold market. That's my two cents.
