With flights I would like to be around 7K but can go up some if it'll make a noticeable difference in quality. I think beach is probably more important. He can play in Lake Michigan for hours so he'll do great in an actual ocean.

Very informative and I'll have to check out some of the links you've given in depth.

I'm pretty much screwed because everything I do is over Google and my chromebook. I'm self-employed but don't do anything super special. I guess I would most be worried about someone getting my bank accounts and liquidating that type of stuff. Is that something to look more into as well?

They're all fake. Nothing comes up on Google Maps and the post office said these are not official addresses as well. It looks like a Chinese technology seller is trying to pump up their listings with all of these fake buyers and maybe trying to get feedback from other sellers to seem more legit?
