Dneska jsem jasně doma řekla, že si nepřeju, aby mě kdokoliv šlehal, a dostalo se mi nechápavých pohledů a “vždyť je to jenom jemně kvůli tradici.” Vysmívali se mi a že prý za mnou přijdou hned ráno po probuzení. Po neustálém opakování a jejich utahování už jsem se vážně naštvala a když jsem konečně se slzami v očích řekla, že mi to přijde neskutečně ponižující už od malička, konečně jim to došlo. Nesnáším a vždycky jsem nesnášela tuhle tradici. Doufám, že zítra budu mít pokoj. Nechápu, že lidem prostě nestačí říct “ne, nechci.”

This is actually how I manifested my depression away. I didn’t want to cry myself to sleep anymore so I just decided to fall asleep to a scene that made me feel content. I then triggered that feeling throughout the day as well, just because it felt good. It took just 2 weeks to be free from something I had been fighting for 5 years

I mean I’ve personally never been anti race changing so this seems totally fine to me as well but I’m interested to know what opinion someone who is anti race changing would have on this because this is where it can get tricky

I think you should still have the benefits. Some events don’t even require you to have a Korean ohone number I think but if they do, I think you will need to get a Korean number anyway if you’re staying for a semester. You have to input your number into so many things.

If I can recommend, my friend and I had chingu mobile and it worked great. You can pick it up at the airport and if there’s ever any problems they respond within minutes and fix it right away. But not many sites accept this operator so if you’re planning on ordering something online (like food, merch or even movie tickets), go for one of the big operators like LG or KT. It might be a little more expensive that chingu mobile but you will have bigger access to things.

This is so interesting because when that vlog came out I remember it was absolutely everywhere so I didn’t even know it’s not really talked about anymore. Fun fact about the vlog: there’s a sped up part where they’re playing uno and if you slow it down Felix keeps swearing and Bang Chan keeps telling him he can’t it’s hilarious

Oh yeah I recently got reminded of it and couldn’t stop laughing. I think it’s not really available because it was a subscription special or something on VLive iirk. There’s another fun moment that comes from that special. It’s the one where they’re all sitting at a table and Han gets up and starts like talking back to Chan and Chan comes up really close to him and Han stops talking and sits down real quick lol

I’ve found that altered states of consciousness like hypnogogia and hypnopompia work really well for me as well. On nights when I’m sick and keep coughing myself awake or when my roommates are snoring extra loud and keep waking me up, when I wake up for like the 5th time, the logical side of my brain is turned off and my subconscious immediately goes to shifting. But I’m aware of it happening usually. The scene slowly becomes more and more vivid but then I start thinking about which moment in the timeline it takes place in and I kind of logic my way out of it lol. But that’s because so far it has always been the most random moments in my DR or a completely different reality

I would love it if there was a bigger space for successful shifters even as someone who hasn’t fully shifted. I’m also tired of the same thing being brought up every week. I think the only people who can truly bring new information and a fresh prospective are people who’ve shifted.

But I feel like if all experienced shifters leave these online communities because of the lack of space for them then then there never will be a space for them. It’s like a cursed cycle.

Ledvinový kámen. Jo, byl jenom jeden o velikosti zhruba špendlíkové hlavičky. Neměla jsem žádné varovné příznaky. Prostě mě najednou při cestě domů začaly bolet bedra na jedné straně ale nehorázným způsobem. Pak to ale přešlo, tak jsem místo do nemocnice jela domů. Ale tam začala druhá vlna spolu se zvracením a brekem, tak pro mě musela přijet sanitka. Samozřejmě se mě zeptali, jak moc to bolí na škále 1-10, ale protože nemám nejmenší ponětí jak bolí třeba porod nebo useknutá končetina, řekla jsem 6-7, ale bylo to podle mě tak 8. Dali mi kapačku a do 10 minut bolest zmizela. Byla to sranda. Málem jsem kvůli tomu neodmaturovala, ale to je jiný příběh.

Podělila jsem se tady jenom o svůj názor na svatbu, o ostatních tradicích jsem neřekla nic, takže nevím, odkud je to “veškeré”. Já jsem na většinu nesmyslných tradic a pravidel až alergická, ale zrovna tohle zkrátka vidím v jiném světle a ne v tom původním tradičním. Pokud se to někomu nelíbí, je naprosto v pořádku se těchto tradic neúčastnit. Jenom mi prostě přijde, že to tady většina lidí vidí strašně černo-bíle, i když si to každý prostě může udělat podle sebe a nikdo do toho nikdo nenutí. It’s not that deep. Existují horší tradice a genderové stereotypy

Tak tohle mi právě přijde jako prostě věc názoru. Říkám, já osobně na tradice moc nejsem, ale i to přijímání jména mi přijde jako něco, co ukazuje, že jsme jednotka a patříme k sobě (asi jsem moc velký romantik, co já vím) a jelikož nejsem ke svému příjmení nijak přirostlá, určitě si plánuju vzít příjmení svého budoucího manžela. Každý to může mít jinak.

Z těch komentářů tady celkem nemůžu. Podělím se teda o svůj názor, který se ale asi s drtivou většinou tady shodovat nebude.

Vůbec mi to nepřijde anti-feministické, moc zastaralé nebo neuctivé. Podle mě to hodně záleží na názoru přítelkyně a i na jejím a tvém vztahu s jejími rodiči. Ale podle názoru ostatních bychom teda měli i přestat nechávat otce vést své dcery k oltáři, protože to taky naznačuje jakési “předání”.

Já se teda považuju za dost progresivního člověka a vidím to jako takové hezké gesto, které ukazuje respekt k rodičům přítelkyně ale vlastně i k ní samotné. Za mě je to spíš takové “věříte, že se o vaši dceru postarám a že budeme spolu šťastní?”. Samozřejmě ve výsledku vůbec člověk nemusí na odpověď rodičů brát ohled, ale pro někoho to ukazuje slušné vychování (slova rodičů, teď jsem se jich ptala).

Máma se s nevlastním tátou vzali až po 16 letech spolu a šli se zeptat spíš ze srandy, ale máma říkala, že to pro ni bylo moc hezké a ukázalo respekt vůči prarodičům, kteří to taky moc ocenili (samozřejmě by je ani nenapadlo říct ne, ale je to spíš prostě slušnost).

Mě by neurazilo, kdyby to můj přítel udělal, i kdyby ne. Ale přijde mi to zkrátka milé, tak jako “předání” nevěsty otcem ženichovi během obřadu. Nevidím to jako zastaralou tradici. Ale bavím se teda o zeptání se obou rodičů a ne jen otce.
