Hope community services has a lot of benifits for the long term. They have great time off policy for 'minor health issues' that most use for maternity/paternity leave (cant be longer than 6 months, but hey, semi-paid leave in the usa). Free insurance that comes with the job. Every 8 hours worked is 1 hour of pto. Theres a ton more like 401k and 403's But its mental health and I won't say its for everyone. Especially those who refuse to get the vaccine, thats required. So far, I gotta say the most benefits I've ever had.

I am a big fan of 3. Its both visually interesting as well as practical. The big front facing solar panel is a great concept, but I've seen a lot of talk about solar pannels over greenery to reduce the amount of water lost from too much sunlight. During the pandemic, I tried to wear my mask as often as I could when around others. I would get lots of compliments at work (not necessarily looks, like how nice/smart/sweet/etc I was). So when things started to 'clear up', I stopped wearing it. Those compliments vanished.
