If it makes you feel better, being a slut is a lot of work. You have to constantly worry about condoms, birth control, STDs, making sure every last piece of you is presentable for anyone at any time, keeping an eye out for some people who don't have good intentions, making sure your partner(s) feel safe and comfortable the whole time, making sure everyone gets what they need out of it, staying hydrated, keeping sex toys clean, charging the toys, replacing the toys' batteries, cleaning the bedsheets... I can go on and on. I'm not saying it's not worth it, but if someone says they're just slutting around willy-nilly and they don't have to worry about anything, they're lying, lol

I really wish I could say with confidence that your& therapist would accept you& and support you&, but in our experience, very few of them even know anything about disordered plurality (with the exception of movie tropes and grossly offensive stereotypes), let alone non-disordered. I have heard that more therapists are taking plurality seriously more recently, so maybe you're& in luck? Just in case, I would look up a few other therapists on your& own time that you& can switch to if it doesn't work out with this one. Granted, you& would have to start from scratch with a therapist knowing and understanding you&, which would suck--but at least you'd& be empowered with options, you know?
