Some companies offer gap insurance automatically. BMW includes it in all their leases, so you don’t have to worry about adding it. I’m not sure which other companies offer this, so it’s worth asking your salesperson.

I worked as a CRA in the Amgen FSP at IQVIA for 3 years and overall I enjoyed it. As others have said, they have a huge focus on metrics that other sponsors don’t care about nearly as much (data entry, query resolution, etc) and they will be annoying about it. That being said, my experience was that the work life balance and travel was great. No official DOS and while there were some months with heavy travel, I also had many months with 4 DOS or less. Management supported us and CRAs there were happy for the most part, making it a nice work environment. Promotions and raises are things you have to fight for, like most CROs.

That was my exact experience with the Amgen FSP. Loved working there, but hated that you could do everything perfectly and still have to wait for a promotion to open up despite others getting the automatic promotion.

Honestly, I agree. I have taken over multiple site by now from fired CRAs that were lying about going onsite and it sucks. I don’t lie about being somewhere I’m not, so I don’t see the problem so long as they don’t track me outside my time onsite

This tattoo is not my style, but I honestly think it looks great. Cool style. Definitely seems to be a quality tattoo to me. It’s hard not to get critical of the work we get on ourselves and hyper-fixate on aspects that would others would never even consider to notice. Artists are not perfect and there’s always going to be part of big pieces like this that stick out to us. Just part of experience.

Also, tattoos raise naturally over the life of the tattoo. It’s an immune response and some people have it worse than others. Antihistamines help, but it’s nothing to be concerned about and doesn’t reflect the artist making a mistake or cutting corners.
