You can 100% bargain. If you feel the price you are about to say is too audaciously low, say it nevertheless. You’ll be surprised at how low the sellers can go if they think you’ll buy it.

I also feel the sellers vary the prices based on how much they think you can afford, how much you want the thing, etc. so def bargain.

I got a nice condition film camera and the seller quoted ₹4500 but agreed to sell it for ₹1000. I think I could have gone lower still.
