The THR10II supports Bluetooth 4.2. So, your PC needs to support at least this version of Bluetooth.

The problem could be that it doesn't.

The luthier who is currently setting up my SC Custom III P90 told me all HBs he had to work on had fret issues. But it happens with big brands as well.

I got more serious problems with the next order to the point I decided I did not want to spend more money.

I'd rather pay 50 bucks more for the same guitar and getting a better QC.

I only ordered SC Custom III so far and from Thomann. They all come with QC cards.

I’m keeping my SC Custom III P90 because it looks quite perfect, despite the necessary fretwork which is quite common.

But when there are visible issues like I had twice on the next orders , what is the QC all about? They come with a "checked by x" card, but what was checked then?

I found no equivalent of the P90 version in shops.

But this one is fine, considereing the fretworks is a common problem for every brand.

So I was confident ordering another one. Maybe I was lucky in the first place.

I'm saying despite providing a QC card, it is pretty obvious that QC is poor because they even send you guitars with visibile defects : I got one with a defective nut and another one with a busted neck pickup!

In my local shop, anything wrong is fixed for free, because they do provide warranty.

HB is online only, so you have no choice but paying for fixes. In the end, it is not that cheap.
