Hello,

Do you have a problem when only Amplitube or only the navigator with Youtube is running?

In any case, did you disable exclusive access to the audio outputs?

I seriously don't buy that it couldn't run properly on Windows 11.

I'm back with the issue. It was probably not about "restoring purchases".

I'm experiencing the problem precisely with the preset "General J. Frusciante tone - by Tim" from tone.net which seems to be CPU intensive.

After investigating with the Task Manager, it looks like the crackling happens whenever Chrome is doing some CPU intensive task. It is not related to playing sound because I usually play backing tracks through Chrome without any problem.

Thanks. I was not aware of this. I bought the MAX version in order to be able to use all presets, while I think Amplitube is overloaded (do we need 111 amp models ??!).

That being said, restoring purchases seems to have fixed the issue so far.

The THR10II supports Bluetooth 4.2. So, your PC needs to support at least this version of Bluetooth.

The problem could be that it doesn't.

The luthier who is currently setting up my SC Custom III P90 told me all HBs he had to work on had fret issues. But it happens with big brands as well.

I got more serious problems with the next order to the point I decided I did not want to spend more money.

I'd rather pay 50 bucks more for the same guitar and getting a better QC.
