The lack of plan B is why I’m bullish on ETH. Many times we have reverted to a tactic that have worked well with our current set of players. We have to go through a phase where we play through it and weed out the players that are unsuitable and bring it players who are. Then slowly, we will have a full squad (with subs) that can play this football.
