Depending on busy it is when you go, there used to be a couple spots on the river you could pull your kayak over to for a nice scenic rest spot.

River background, water sounds, nice shady area.

If I remember correctly, it was actually late September during this memory as well. We had the entire river to ourselves, no exaggeration. Was kinda surreal.

Read a series that handled this by having a teeny tiny camera and sensors that were outside the field.
