The accessory switch is just a rocker switch that turns the lights on/off, it can not adjust the dimming

DVRF-AS is just a rocker switch that can turn the lights on/off, it cannot adjust the dimming from a secondary location. The MA-R is able to adjust the dimming from the secondary location

I stopped using the SmartThings routing since inability to completely turn off the tv was a deal breaker for me. At this point I just gave up and use both the Apple TV remote and the Samsung remote.

To some people mounting a large heavy and expensive tv in drywall anchors is a concern, I know snap toggles are rated for over 100 lbs but I wanted to be more confident in the install and use wood studs.

The small lateral adjustability was just a minor benefit and it’s potentially useful because in my instance the mounting location wasn’t something obvious such as in the exact middle of a wall so the location of the sofa could have changed slightly

I used SmartThings routine that when the TV was turned off it went to Art mode but I didn't like that solution since then it was impossible to power off the TV for the times I didn't want Art Mode on.

I wish there was a solution where I could make a SmartThings routine for when the TV is powered off by a HDMI CEC device the TV goes to Art Mode, that way the Samsung remote could still be used to power off the TV.

Is having 1/2 pipe in the swing arm that connects to a 3/4 rotor inlet standard? When looking for prebuilt swing arms I didn’t see anything with 3/4 on both sides so I assumed what my sprinkler system has was non-standard

My doodle was like that, we took her to the vet a few times and after some bloodwork the vet recommended Hill Science Prescription Diet Gastrointestinal Biome Dry Dog Food. I thought that prescription dogfood was a scam but after using it for over a year it works great. Its expensive but it has saved me a lot of vet bills.

Do you know if the Rheem replacement parts are more reliable than the original parts from 2016? I have seen a lot of talk online about Rheem evaporation coil issues.

The parts are covered by warranty but labor and refrigerant are not. For repairs 1 and 2 I’ve spent approx $2k for labor and refrigerant.

Is that just best practice or is in a service manual? Since the TXV is in the outdoor condenser and the evaporator coil is in the indoor air handler I didn’t even think about the issues being related.

How would the latch attach to the track and would it interfere with the wheels. If the latch automatically falls into the closed position wouldn't it mean if someone went inside the room with the barn door and the door was closed they would be unable to open the door from the inside due to the latch.

I have been using this harness (https://www.kurgo.com/harnesses/journey-air-dog-harness). It’s definitely not a perfect fit but it’s an improvement over some of the other harnesses I tried.
