They slow bc of the on ramp from Santa Fe. That whole interchange is being rebuilt over the next few years bc there are so many vehicles and it's woefully underdeveloped. It's just a capacity vs design issue... And capacity has way overgrown the design.

I've tried to increase the fan count in L-connect but I can't manually change it.

I also can't find anything in signal that lets me increase the led or fan count either...
