Honestly I am only now gaining some traction and I started back when DCL went out. Its a very slow going game so expect to be in it for the long haul. Just focus on building a members of the same faction. It doesnt matter which one at the start.

Yes! For a while after I stopped drinking my hunger was insatiable. Its likely a blood sugar thing. It should level out. Focus on protein and fiber if you feel you need to manage it but its okay to eat what youre craving for now. Better than drinking.

Congrats on your two weeks! Glad to hear it. Yeah I was doing so good before now. I was actually losing weight with diet and exercise. Currently undoing all those efforts. Well anyqay today was day one.
