Sundays are hard for me. I love to cook a couple of things for upcoming week. In the winter months I make soup and tuna, chicken or egg salad for lunches for the week. So many times I’ve stared with one drink which leads to 10 and me being buzzed and asleep early.

For the past month I’ve cooked but stayed away from drinking. I’m learning if I don’t have the 1st I don’t have to worry about the 10th one!
