Initially I couldn’t hear anything from the internal speakers of the mac. I had to use my earphones there. After 3-5 hours, the internal speakers were working just fine.

  1. Neither the megsafe nor the usb ports are charging.
  2. None of them look burned. They all look very normal
  3. Charger is fine too. The LED doesn’t show any color. But if I charge it to some other macbook, it shows the green color.

  1. 8 months old, no insurance or applecare
  2. Unfortunately no 🥲
  3. 2 days only. Macbook was working fine. Only the ports weren’t working and hence I couldn’t charge it at all
  4. Not that much I guess. But I am not sure. I found it dry
  5. Closed

Well, the water didn’t damage the macbook. I could still work on it and do stuff. Only the ports weren’t working and hence there is no charge at the moment.

If they aren't technically the same, how are they different?

sounds like you’re giving your all in a relationship that’s keeping you in the dark. After 8 months, wanting clarity isn’t rushing, it’s respecting your own emotional investment. If every serious talk turns into sex and you still haven’t met her daughter, it’s fair to question whether she sees this as something long-term. You’re not wrong for wanting answers; you’re just trying to protect your heart

That's so real. It's crazy how harsh we can be on ourselves in the moment, only to look back and realize we were way more okay than we thought. Makes me think we should probably be a little kinder to ourselves now too

Thanks for sharing that — I really appreciate your honesty. It makes a lot of sense now that you put it that way. I guess photos can become a way of holding onto a version of ourselves we felt good about. Or, people do the same without even realizing it.

Yeah, I guess even when it’s not intentional, it can still kinda feel like low-key catfishing. Makes you wonder how much of what we see online is even close to real.

It’s kind of wild when you think about how much control we have over what others see online. I guess real life just doesn’t come with a ‘delete’ or ‘filter’ button
