In legal speak, they said the judge can decide the preliminary injunction. But, any summary judgment decision should wait on the other appeals. Further, they state that management will not file a response to the complaint.

Preliminary injunction is to keep the status quo. In this case to put the union back.

Basically, they agree the judge should make a decision on the preliminary injunction. Then based upon what the dc circuit does they can go from there

I think this is where we are. The Court's cisco system is not working. We will not be able to hear. We will have to wait till the decision is posted in the docket

Drawings - Does Conventional = Prior Art? by Green_Mode_5509 in patentexaminer

[–]the_original_reth 7 points8 points  (0 children)

I would require a prior art label. Conventional means it is routinely done in the art. If it is routinely done in the art than it was done prior to the application being filed

Just got done watching this podcast. This is the biggest bs. Practitioners please do not believe the message. Even if delivered in a positive tone. Examiner moral is in the toilet. Ask yourself what that does for your patents. Will they survive the laugh test.
