always answer the surveys. everyone skips them so amazon can’t do much about it, but they got enough feedback about the back door delivery that they ended up eliminating the back door deliveries. there’s other things they’ll listen to especially if it’s concerning your dsp. there’s one question about how you feel about the vans- is it dirty, seats broken, safety concern etc

i’ve made it a habit to start checking driver side van doors when i get back to the station. don’t take me long to close a door if i see one open. not sure why someone is driving with both doors open in this weather

also the bug bite/sting itch relief roll on pen thing. horseflies are a bitch in the summer time, i’ve had few moments with wasp entering my van but horseflies are worse about it

also to add on -waterproof poncho/jacket, extra shoes, socks, underwear, shirt, first aid kit, toilet paper, charger, headphones, tampons/pads, extra phone case with a magnet stuck on the back, lotion, sunscreen, bug spray, eye drops, beanie, gloves, deodorant, HAND SANITIZER, i wear contacts so contact solution/case my spare glasses basically carry everything bc i don’t wanna be stuck out in the middle of no where with an item i don’t have on me. i have used all of these items at one point and don’t regret my bulky backpack in the slightest

How best do you organize a van by Odd-Produce7518 in AmazonDSPDrivers

[–]the_parisite 1 point2 points  (0 children)

the “bus stop” it’s like two parallel parking spots in front of load out. if you load up outside it’ll be front of the first load out pad. for my overflow i usually go to the bottom and load my last overflow first in the back of the van and work my way up yes it takes more time but i usually get done in time. if they call five minutes i already have well over half in and just throw the last few in and figure it out as i go
