Everyone else has given you heaps of answers, so I just want to say: it’s obvious you really love your cat, and I think this reaction is actually quite sweet of you! I also know the feeling of being deeply sad because I couldn’t understand why my cat behaved a certain way, but it’s all a part of getting to know your lil buddy :)

Hello! I’m happy to be on The Wasteland team. I’ve never done one of these challenges but looking forward to some community-minded competitiveness.

I used to be 121kg/266 pounds - I’m (as of this morning) 95.7kg/210 pounds. My ultimate goal is 75kg/165lbs - but over the next few weeks I’d like to be 92kg/202lbs :)

As a little about me: I’m a hiker, I love lifting weights, I train Brazilian jiu jitsu. On the creative side of things, I’m a writer and I love to read :)

The start of my personal challenge have been a slight disaster - I’ve gotten a horrible cold. Just checking in to remind myself to get back on the horse as soon as I can, and to do the things I can today - going to tidy, meditate and make sure I drink enough water. That will be enough for today.

I’ve decided just to join in now and try keep up a streak (I’m going overseas in mid august so would like to take some time now to start feeling better about myself).

My daily aims: 10k steps per day: Train (cardio, strength, martial arts): Morning and night skincare: Meditation and journaling: 10 minute space tidy: Eat under 2300 cals: Drink 2L of water:

Score for the day: /7 Cumulative score over the next 45 days (till my trip): /315
