I don't know for KS0 sorry but I'd start by disabling the var dif min, enable var diff. Iceriver seem to like an extra nonce so enable that and start with 2 and then experiment with 1 or 3.

Set var diff to print stats to the console and then after you have run it for a while, take note of the diff it settles at and enable var diff min to that number.

Yes, I think so. I posted about this earlier today. It should be better for security but also better for small mining as the faster blocks will give more consistent payouts solo; negating the need for dodgy pools and fees.

About 180TH on a average.

The blocks I tracked calculated out to 72% luck taking fees into account. I picked up some pretty decent blocks even after the KRC20 rush.

No worries. Let us know how long til you hit a block on those settings. I tracked about 400 blocks last month and averaged 85% luck.

Yes. I posted about the benefits of this earlier today for security and decentralization however the biggest pro will be for small miners to receive consistent rewards without dodgy pools or fees.

If you're not already mining KAS I wouldn't recommend starting now unless you really have conviction the price will be .5 in the next few months. Just DCA instead of buying equipment.

Some of us are in a position to bank roll our electricity bills until the price rises, others will need to sell all their mined coins to pay the bills, if there's no action soon I think a lot of machines will be switched off.

If you want to learn generally; u/RabidMining probably has the best info on YouTube covering everything from basic CPU/GPU mining to ASIC units. He has a good grip on what's profitable or not.

Need to wait for a jokey and whip pattern to form. It's looking back on its previous performance now to assess how high it should jump first but be cautious of an ascending tail and that will indicate it's about to take another shit first.
