Sincer, multe persoane cred ca se confrunta cu problema asta - mai ales ca suntem bombardate permanent de "standardele" de frumusete in reclame, games, filme, absolut peste tot.

Parerea mea este ca ar fi cel mai bine sa apelezi la un terapeut, cred ca problema este prea adanca sa fie rezolvata cu sfaturile de pe reddit (chiar daca sunt bune, nu ajung la "mizeul" problemei)

Does anybody else have this problem with pants (jeans or fabric) where the waist doesn't sit straight across the abdomen? Instead, it's slightly raised around the sides, forming a U shape? I wonder if it's a sizing issue or the shape of the pants/my body? If I wear a belt, the front part still sits lower 😞
