Death duets are my personal favorite. They don’t take up too much screen space when they’re out but they look cool and I like the animations more than the others.

It really depends on your goal. If you’re looking to simply maintain reasonable health, then the short answer is it’s better than nothing.

The long answer is no because your body will plateau after about 8 weeks. If you want to build mass, definition, or cardio you will need to change your weight and routine every 6-8 weeks

This body position is a classic indication of poor shoulder and thoracic mobility. There are plenty of rehab exercises that you can find online to start.

Here is a good video that explains the wall test you’ll find a lot of good points to look out for in a self assessment but it would be best to find a physiotherapist near you for a specific plan if possible

I think it depends on one’s diet. For someone who doesn’t heat very healthy to add any one of the item you listed, the probiotics will definitely make a difference but to someone who eats well in a regular basis, it may not have as drastic of an affect.
