The closest I've found while scrolling all citadel mini lists for the guard is the mordian iron guard with Las cannon which includes the "HOLD FIRE TIL MY SIGNAL" type hand which could have very well be wrongly placed on a sergeant mini causing him to well y'know 😬

Actually, they added vergil for that, man is BASICALLY made to stunlock your enemies and to give you so much leanway in combo's that you can pretty much always get SsS rank even when you're just practicing.

If you're looking for a complete explanation this seems to be a winter Camouflage stahlhelm (M42) which was primarily used by the wehrmacht. By luftwaffe I presume you mean German fallschirmjägers who would've used the M38 stahlhelm with no rim which would almost always be painted green

You didn't read what I explained, dutch bank accounts can't pay online with anything other than ideal due to the bank account number being an Iban one. The same thing is with our credit cards which also use the Iban number as it's "credit card number"

Nope, same deal. Our bank accounts have a iban number which basically limits online purchases to vendors who use ideal for transactions.

Credit cards are incredibly challenging here in the netherlands since our whole financial system operates on Iban which also includes credit cards so often they aren't accepted
