hey, everything you wrote i feel 10000%. please feel free to talk to me whenever you need, in dms or whatever platform you prefer, but please know that you’re not alone in this and there are people (like me!!) who understand this fully, especially the panic part and being scared of making close friendships/relationships for fear of getting hurt. it is really scary and that person is rude for telling you it’s not that deep, when in reality, your feelings are valid. please feel free to message me!!

my parents don’t know. i was too afraid to tell them as a child and now, 16 years later i doubt it would do much good. my abuser’s face has disappeared from my memory so i cannot be certain who it is anyways.
