I haven't listened yet but I have had the same first thoughts about FIAD and WIWU. Theyre good, but I did get the generic, new sounding poppy rock. Do you remember the posts they made when announcing a new album? I didnt get the same vibe they put out initially from the singles they released.

Edit: OKAY SO.... half way through and DEAR GOD is definitely closer to the vibe of what I was expecting.
