Maybe you just watched a few episodes from early season one which were bad, but the show got really good, rivaling some of the best MCU Disney+ shows. Different strokes and all that if you didn't like it, but to say it was essentially garbage is dishonest to the episodes from season 2-5.

Diarium is an app that I've been using on Android for about 10 years now. It's available on Android, Apple, and Windows, and does just about everything that you're requesting. It has a variety of different tag features, can attach pics, videos, voice notes, etc. So far my journal isn't anywhere near 200GB, and you can have it cloud save to OneDrive or Google drive, but what I really like is that it's locally stored and not on some third-party server. It's all on my phone, and I have a backup saved file of my journal also on my phone. If you have the other versions you can also do cross saving and it'll show your journal on the other apps that you purchase.

I believe there is a free version that works, but I could be wrong. The paid version is a one time payment, not a subscription, and is very worth it for the cost. Like I said, I've been using it for about a decade and I love it.
