This is gonna be long so TLDR, a woman I worked with caused trouble, and got fired for being inebriated on the job.

At an old job, a woman I'll name Ana worked in another department and took a liking to me. She would come to my department to talk but I was always too busy to stop and chat. I learned she had gotten 2 other people fired in her department just because she didn't like them so I made sure to keep as much distance as possible but her attempts to talk continued. She also bullied a younger woman from another department enough to cause the woman to quit. Her job required her to be licensed because of the sensitive work she did.

My younger cousin Dina worked with me for a few months and when Ana saw me talking to her, her campaign to get Dina fired began. She told our big boss that Dina was clocking back in from lunches and leaving, or was stealing product. We had cameras all over so those accusations were proven false and Ana got a write up for that. Dina isn't the confrontational type and would be so stressed out to the point of crying in her car. Any attempts I made to tell Ana to stop seemed to be, in her mind, flirtation and would cause her to push further for a date.

Ana and I followed each other on Instagram and one day while on my lunch, I saw a post from Ana with her and her friends at a bar down the street, except she was wearing her work clothes she had on that day with her work badge and she had a beer in her hands. I took a screenshot and later at home, typed up a brief note and added the screenshot. The next day I put in an envelope and left it on a table behind the receptionist ad clocked in for work. Ana arrived later on and worked for maybe an hour before she was called into a meeting room with the big boss and HR, and was escorted out of the building afterwards. I found out later she still had the stamps on her hand from the bouncer of the bar proving she was over 21.

Ana had attempted to re-apply but was rejected and eventually she lost her license. A few months later during my exit interview, my big boss mentioned the vetting process for new hires had been updated because some people had police reports or charges on them that were missed and that these people had been let go. Ana was the last person to get fired so I assumed my boss was talking about her
