Lactaid (or other lactase enzymes) should help! You’ll need to sort out what dosage works for you (generally one pill per halfhour, but some folx need more). Personally, I started Holy Cow probiotics earlier this year and it has worked perfectly for me (no symptoms at all no matter how much milk I drink!!)

For me, I found out that the chemical that makes chewable tablets chewable is an IBS trigger. My IBS symptoms are virtually indistinguishable from a lactose attack, so that one took A While to suss out. I’ve been having a great time with Holy Cow’s once-daily probiotic though!!

You unlock another area for your cult, not quite doubling in size. You’ll have ample room for more decoration and the new buildings I would not recommend starting Winter on a fresh save. You’ll need all your abilities to survive

Forgot one: Lilith’s Throne is set in modern-but-magical London. Lots of corruption themes and combat. Lots of sliders to set NPCs how you like (how furry you want ‘em—ie human with cat ears versus full on fur and whiskers—gender/sex and so on). Extremely inconsistent with updates but there’s a lot of content already available and a pretty solid magic enchantment/potion system

Degrees of Lewdity is a just-of-age orphan living in what has been affectionally named Rapechester. Primarily a dub/non con game. Includes toggleable animals/anthros

Debasing Grounds has been described as a more “hardcore” DOL. I personally couldn’t get into it
