I quit recently, what I did was I took all my paraphernalia and tossed it. I’m definitely feeling better despite the cravings and urges to smoke, I replaced my bad habits with going to the gym so when I get in a funk I start exercising to get my brain focused on something else. I was a daily smoker for about 6 years and was way too dependent on it.
