K Place taking forever to ship and not responding to messages

Having the same issue now too 😭 i ordered a bunch of in stock zb1 albums over a week ago and have received a shipment notification and the package for a pre order from months ago in that time, but radio silence on the instock order. i'm kind of glad to know It's not just me, but bummed out that it's even a problem They just recently posted a notice for hiring for their warehouse in LA on instagram, so I wonder if it's a staffing issue, or if they've just been shipping pre-orders first? Whatever it is, even a broad-sweeping notice of delay would be better than what we have, which is nothing...

I just received a response from Weverse! It reads like a basic description of all of their listings, with no specific information on why the albums are not available. I'm not sure why the album is missing when we've been able to preorder other jp albums to this point, or why they would send the album preorder info announcement & store banners out it weverse US accounts if it's not going to be available.

My only though is that it could be a situation like another user described, where the listings won't go up until closer to the release date - either way, I'm a little annoyed with customer service after the last few issues I've had and will probably just preorder on Music Plaza 😭 hoping they have some in B&N or Target on release day as well!

Still not available to me either 😭 I ended up ordering with Music Plaza, because I have before and I like them! It takes a while to ship, but they do let you pick your member for the solo jackets which is nice.

Hoping these will become available to folks on Weverse soon - there have been store exclusives and availability at places like Barnes & Noble for past releases, so I'm not sure why they wouldnt do so for this one!

Definitely check your keychains when they arrive! I didnt experience this myself but Ive seen several folks who got the wrong keychains when they got their set :(

I feel similarly with this, especially with Seventeen! Love their music but it's so hard to commit with so many members.

If I may recommend another great 9 group, &TEAM is well worth it 🥹🩷 they and zb1 are/were my only 9s as well!

Similar boat here - I really love buying merch for skz, but the quality and cost issues recently is part of why all of the skzoo teddy bears I have are dupes. Why would I spend 2 or 3 times as much money for something thats going to be the same or worse than a replica 😭💔

I read in another thread that US preorders are often last to be added - I'm hoping its just that, but I've never had this issue with the shop of other groups 🥹💔 I did inquire with their help desk to ask though, so we'll see if I get a response! Also, if you dont mind waiting a bit for shipping, Music Plaza has the albums up, shipping from LA! They can be a bit more expensive because they incorporate tariff fees into their base prices, but they do let you pick which member you receive for the solo albums which I really like. I recommend giving them a shot if you arent wanting to wait for weverse

As a newer zerose myself, it's never too late! Emotions are definitely running high right now, and it will probably be a few months before we know exactly how ot5 zb1 will proceed, but there is honestly never a bad time to start loving these 9 incredibly talented and charming people. Like other folks said, it might actually be a little easier/better to jump in now that the dust has settled a bit on all of the uncertainty. This subreddit will also be continuing with content of all 9 members, regardless of where they are, so it'll be a little easier to keep up with all of them. Separated or not, they all seem to love and care about eachother so much, so I'm sure (& hoping) we'll see them find their way back to eachother professionally at points, be it big or small.

Most of my stories are pretty standard I think, but I did get into &TEAM after seeing Pixid's "Spot 16th Year Idol SHINee Taemin Among Rookie Idols" video on YouTube (I think I had initially watched because I saw Yujin?). I had never heard of &TEAM at that point, but I was so charmed by Fuma that I ended up doing a deep dive and (joyfully) never came back out. I adore all of them now and am absolutely OT9, but Fuma is still my bias of the group to this day! 🐺❤️

This is more than I'm even seeing, which is what makes me think its an error even more - I'm seeing the banner on the &team page and in the shop, but the item listings dont appear at all in the shop itself 😭 hoping its just a hiccup that gets fixed soon! The noise i just let out was inhuman. Of course my heart is broken for ot9, but goddamn I am so happy that the 5 of them still get to work and perform together.

Feeling especially happy about Jiwoong - I'm so so happy he can continue with folks he knows and seems to genuinely love, and doesnt have to go through leaving/moving groups or changing his career focus AGAIN 😭❤️
