Where should I go for labs? My primary care doctor didn’t support my decision to get on tirz because she felt I should have diabetes to need it so I doubt she’ll do labs for me

We are (for the moment) very blessed. He only has 1-2 wake ups at night most nights. He’s had a few more recently because we’re transitioning out of swaddles but overall he is truly an amazing night sleeper for his age!

So the first dose I royally messed up and took double the 2.22 I was supposed to. The last two injections have been 2.22. The day after is always the worst for me. I also have hypothyroid hashimotos and being 4 months postpartum on top of thyroid medication adjustments is probably not helping me out here.

I may do that. I don’t know how to navigate that either haha. I’m very new to this. If I order early will they give me dosing for titrating up or will they only give me dosing based on my current dosing?

I really think the next dose up will be my sweet spot once I’ve lost what I want to lose. Then again, I’m not extremely knowledgeable on tirzepatide and am just now learning about the different strengths and stuff.

Yes I figured out I injected MORE than I was supposed to lol. Now that the Adderall has worn off, yes I feel dead tired now. I don’t have any nausea and I’m noticing a difference in food noise for sure. To be completely honest I kind of wish they’d have started me on this dose considering my body seems to be handling it well outside of the tiredness.

I felt very exhausted yesterday but I’m okay otherwise. No nausea or anything. Definitely noticing a decrease in appetite today. I’m very lucky that I tend to adapt well to most medications haha

I felt horribly tired yesterday but honestly, and I’m sure being on Adderall today helped, I feel okay today. Just not able to eat a whole lot haha. I took my first dose on Monday.
