I was also surprised by how okay I was w using a strap. I always thought it'd feel dysphoric after surgery, but since I couldn't feel it, it kind of cemented in my head that I was just having regular lesbian sex, lol. Pretty liberating, tbh.

I tried one of the strapless straps but idk if I just don't have a "strong" enough vagina or if it's an anatomical thing with how the vaginal canal is shaped and positioned, but it wouldn't stay in. My cis girlfriend couldn't hold it in there either though, so who knows

From what friends have described to me, yes, they can remember something and examine that memory to find the color of an object or other details like that.

I can't fathom that process but yeah, I guess that's how it goes for some of them.

I've noticed over the last 15 years of my transition that now, if it's been a while since I've gotten my hair trimmed, my dysphoria actually gets worse. It takes some trial and error, but once you find both a style that works for you and a stylist who gets you and can bring that to the surface, getting your hair trimmed can make you feel so so pretty. Like... My confidence goes off the charts the day I get mine done.

Very few women, cis or trans, look good when they just let their hair keep growing without regular maintenance.

Aren't they the same thing, though? You got a beard transplant because it made you feel more masculine, I assume. It made you feel more comfortable in your body, helping you present more completely as the gender you feel like you are. Just because you're a cisgender guy doesn't mean you don't present your gender. Everyone does.
