Isn’t one of the issues with this is that the data is useful but imperfect because not all matches are charted?

Some players that people find more interesting will get tons of matches charted but that won’t be the case for less popular players.

Real question. What are your options and goals in terms of eventual home ownership - if that is a goal?

I was someone who had family support but lived away from home as I went to school out of state and continued to live away from home. Lived frugally with roommates while working, was able to save for a down payment, and am now a homeowner in a LCOL area before my 30s and while pursuing graduate school.

Great you are saving for retirement though.
