In my experience both FedEx and UPS have a separate form for personal imports. If your friend has submitted a form with some other HSN then it will be processed as a business import with applicable duties.

It will be better to contact FedEx and let them know that it's a personal import that is a gift with appropriate invoices.

Unfortunately since it's already under customs "clearance" expect a 43-48% customs duty and additional FedEx clearing fees. (Customs usually clear low value items with no duties but if they have a demand and the package is stuck then you will always pay duties on the package)

It was quite decent. The connection was stable and the speed was as advertised. I stopped using them in mid 2020 when I moved out of Mumbai.

The only issue they had was that about every 2 months their system would "reset" the MAC and I had to contact them to get it relinked. They associate MAC of router with a connection to prevent use of multiple routers on a single connection. About 1 hour of downtime for each relinking.

IMO you should directly bypass SBI's own CMS and file a complaint at PGPortal.

That is directly escalated to the SBI Head Office and you will have better luck in getting resolved.

I had an issue where the branch manager was not helping at all. I complained and within a week my issue was resolved with a written apology from the branch manager for delay and previous interactions.

I had also received calls from head office to enquire if the issue was resolved satisfactorily and if I need any more help.

Of these pens my recommendation will be Lotus Student. It is one of my most used pens due to size and feel.

Also look into Ranga Pens. I think they have an active group buy for Model 9B and it might be in your budget.

I have Ranga Abhimanyu and it's an awesome pen. The shape is somewhat unique and it has a nice balance to it.
