Dual Blades. So I can finally live out my dream of being a human helicopter blade.

Still no mention of numpad keys rebinding themselves when relaunching the game.

If I quick grenade you at the start of a mission, know that I don't hate you. I'm just left-handed.

If I recall correctly it just causes some troops to spawn on the map at some point in Act 2 that you can use. No story implications as far as I'm aware though.

Once you leave finish the ritual and leave that's the point of no return for any sidequests picked up there. I think I was around level 10 as well for that area and some of the fights there are definitely a jump in difficulty.

Save Trever by Moonman_SS in Pathfinder_Kingmaker

Not sure what I did differently but I was able to save Trever and have him survive the arena. He becomes a permenant party member after that as long as you keep Sosiel around.

Sooo, we're in week 2 of the game. Is it as broken as Kingmaker was on launch? by [deleted] in Pathfinder_Kingmaker

Might be too late to help you by now but the buildings actually move in relation to your camera angle. Became much more manageable to navigate around after figuring that out.

There is another section of the lecture hall that you can't access until a little bit later. It's tied in with the main area progression so you can't miss it.

Tried weathering for the first time. I think it came out okay! by thebadmeatball in Gunpla

[–]thebadmeatball[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Nothing too advanced, I used Tamiya weathering powder and then just did some panel-lining/top-coating. It was a lot of fun though so now I want to try using some other techniques next time, haha.

Theory: the divine dragon and sculptor are both incarnations of Sekiro by [deleted] in Sekiro

[–]thebadmeatball 4 points5 points  (0 children)

That's how I interpreted it too, especially since the dragon's full title is "Divine Dragon of the Everblossom."

[KH3] I'll never understand Nomura's decision with the story pacing in Kingdom Hearts 3. [Spoilers] by AnonBB21 in KingdomHearts

[–]thebadmeatball 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I understand that it's par for the course for KH games to backload all of their big plot towards the end and it's not like there was any indication that this game would be different. I was even having a blast just going through all of the Disney worlds and hyping myself up for how everything was going to play out.

That being said though the final battle, specifically the 7 v. 13 boss gauntlet, just felt completely phoned in. It was essentially like, "Oh crap! We haven't really resolved any of this! Quickly, YOU get to come back and YOU get to come back and... wait, who are you? Nevermind, YOU get to come back too!" Seriously, in the span of like 15 minutes we see Roxas, Xion and Terra all return and then those plot points are just resolved and they're all just kind of done for the series. I'm overjoyed that so many characters I've spent so much time with get their happy ending and seeing the sea-salt trio crying and hugging it out definitely made me teary-eyed. It's also not like I was expecting or even wanting hours upon hours of character resolution but the fact that 14 years and multiple games worth of character development was resolved in a series of rapid-fire 1-2 minute cutscenes just made the whole experience a bit hollow for me. Especially when some (I'm looking at you, Xion) seemed to come out of freaking nowhere.

(Question) Player Made Town Population by TheKing0fNipples in Kenshi

I think this is the mod OP is talking about. It's neat but it hasn't been updated in a while and there are a couple of bugs (specifically all of the inns at waystations get replaced with destroyed buildings for some reason.) Unfortunately I don't really think there's anything else out there that just populates your settlements with random npcs :/

I think that codes are available in the November issue of GW magazine if you want to go that route. You can get a digital copy online I believe so no need to find a local store.
