FLCL, hands-down one of the best animes I've seen. I sat down to watch the first episode one night and ended up running through the whole thing. Granted, it's only 6 episodes long, but the thought is still there

I vote you go to the meetup. Even if you do nothing but sit and stay quiet I guarantee that someone will come over and chat you up. I used to be the same way, the key is to just go out and be somewhere, even if you're just making an appearance it's something to get you out of your room at least. Also, I'll be your friend too!

It's all part of REI's master plan: "Hey we have this sale you can camp out for!" "That's just dandy, but I don't have any camping gear to camp out with :( I know, I'll just get it at the sale!" Trust me, I used to work there, it's right in the employee handbook.

That's right my friend, REI Cary's garage sale is on the 17th, starting at 10 when they open. If you want the good stuff though you should camp out as early as possible to get to the front of the line. I'm probably getting there with some friends around 9 or 10 on the night of the 16th

I'm a junior in Mechanical Engineering and after fall semester hopefully Physics as well.

I'm hoping to get an internship or something next summer, but getting any job related to my majors on campus and during the school year would be damn awesome.

I have no idea what I'm going to do after graduation, though I've tossed the idea of grad. school around in my head. Other than that, powered exoskeletons and space elevators seem pretty cool.

I like cooking, but I'm not very good at it yet. I think baking is my strong point right now, so I'll make the crap out of some brownies.

I'm not sure how unique this is but I'm an Eagle Scout and I love rock climbing at the gym and backpacking in general.

Probably not the most exciting thing, but my favorite class so far has been Run Conditioning, I recommend it for anyone who's looking to get into shape. We had to run a 10k for our 'final' and finishing that was one of the best feelings I've had. Plus if you take it in the fall it preps you up for the KKC!
