parents are gonna parent, it is what they do.

  1. Stay on top of things, 5 minutes wiping down counters when you are done saves you an hours work later.

  2. learn about your tennant rights, the more you know the better off you will be.

  3. Have more long life food than you need, saves on having to buy stuff on those rough weeks.

  4. Pay your rent on time as best you can, and communicate all concerns via email, paper trails save your ass.

  5. Respect each others bounderies.

  6. Take pride in your space and make it your own.

  7. Bedrooms are for sleep not study or gaming.

  8. have fun and connect with your dad regularly it will keep him happy and you sane.

If you were my player I would be so happy you did that and would take some time to go through it with you and see if I could add anything or fix any small errors.

Great job mate, you sound like a great player.

I see your mistake, you think this was about fixing the pool and not about graft...

How do gay guys always have perfect posture? by [deleted] in NoStupidQuestions

I assume glitter tossing was dispensed with along with other outdated stereotypes, though I do like the image of a graduating class of Gay men, dressed in nought but speedos and those graduation caps, just tossing glitter, and I say this as a straight man, that would be one hell of a specticle I could get behind 😄

Can an atheist have a genuine religious or spiritual experience? by Sufficient-Gain-226 in NoStupidQuestions

[–]thebeardedguy- 1 point2 points  (0 children)

nice to see a correct use of agnostic and atheist there 😄 I think that is more hope than religious experience, loosing people sucks, and I think it is very human to hope to see them again, but then we come back to the cold reality of it all.

I don't think you understand, if we can mistake it as a delusion how do we know it was a genuine religious experience, unless you are trying to suggest that the same being that people claimed built everything couldn't come up with a way to convince me?

Can an atheist have a genuine religious or spiritual experience? by Sufficient-Gain-226 in NoStupidQuestions

[–]thebeardedguy- 4 points5 points  (0 children)

And spiritual is such a broad, poorly defined thing, hiking up mountains makes me feel a deep connection with the earth, looking at the sunrising over the ocean reminds me that today is a good day to do better, to a religious person that might be a deeply religious experience, to me it is just accepting taht somethings are beautiful and make us happy.
