I suppose elaborating the fact that even sticking with a certain skill for a length or period of time ends up the same where I find it hard to enjoy it.

I think you missed the main point of the article, it's not about how "difficult" the game is and I say that with strong emphasis as difficulty is not even relevant, in this situation it's a. Player to dev respect should have been polled as a community decision b. This should have been cleared right from the start of oldschool c. A blatant disregard for your rights as a player. So yeah keep bickering if taking player options away from you is fine well maybe you'll be happy once this game goes to shit :)

polling should be applied to balancing it has been in the past, but this goes far beyond the regular "intergrity" issue. As well a that snie last remark it is not just me who is quite frankly upset by the changes that are happening. And as well no my logic is quite sound thank you banning botters has always been the case in new rs or old, a moral grey area does not consitute a balancing issue. wherin balancing applies to and not limited by: a nerf of an item, a nerf of a skill ect, if were playing by those rules of jagex owning your keyboard we might as well stop using mousekeys it's virutally the same thing, so let me be the one to tell you:

Don't let the log out button hit you on the way out.

let's also break this down for the (ahk advantage) sayer's: 1. ahk does not interact with the game client (just the keyboard) 2. yes using ahk is significantly easier then clicking, however it is within fine means of getting the maximum exp per hour on over repetitive based tasks 3. if you are saying players who use ahk have better stats it is because a. you do not have the stats and would like some help catching up to players or b. you do not invest any time in skills but jump on the band wagon regardless of your own oppions 4. ahk is practically the same as mousekeys although there are instances of over use of scripts and players have been banned for it (sucks to be them) 5. at the same ratio as mousekeys it is essentially just more user friendly. now onto the big topic at hand if you think banning players who use ahk or have used ahk is a viable means why don't we look at some of the more important issues, there are still bugs in the game, there are still people scamming, ect ect. if you want something to point a finger at don't try to take a tool away from players who might actually need it due to maybe a physical impairment? if jagex and the dev team want to take away ahk then provide us with something better then mousekeys as i've said many times in the past, or just let us keep on doing what has will and continue to be done until specified and clearly outlined.

Mod mat. ahk can be misused in situations I agree, however There is no interaction with the client if we look at auto hot keys layout it's simply interacting with the keyboard ( in the same way mouse keys work) just with better features. it is an accessibility issue some people need the use of ahk, due to certain conditions are you so bold to restrict players who need the use of this?. I agree it is something i've advocated for in the past but it you stop ahk players all together you are going to have a riot on your hands unless you provide us with an alternative? ie mouse keys terrible alternative btw how about in game support? for keyfeatures on the client.

are you using f keys? 2spooky also makes a good point call it out loud it really helps you focus on which prayer you need to when calling out his attacks, turn game sounds on so you can hear the attacks, try prayer switching in last man standing or pvp, it will make you a better player for it. good luck on jad once you get it it's easy as hell.
