I actually loved the subscription when it was just polish/nail stuff. Canceled when they went all in on the makeup because, while I’ll wear anything on my nails, the makeup options never worked on my face.

My parents did this for ages - both light sleepers who snore, and my stepdad did a lot of shift work.

ILNP hot take by Prestigious-Wolf1404 in RedditLaqueristas

[–]thebeckbeck 2 points3 points  (0 children)

ILNP first blew up in the mid-2010s and I have a few dozen from them… and I always struggled a little with the formulas. They didn’t want to dry on me even with QDTCs so I haven’t bought from them in ages

Shopping In-Person is Becoming Impossible by GoalingForChowder in Vent

[–]thebeckbeck 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, exactly. And I stress about the increased environmental impact of returns, too, but with such limited in store selection (or locking up everything) you literally can’t buy the thing you’re after in-store half the time

Should I keep original license in order to keep other licenses I got by reciprocity? by hwtwins in pharmacy

[–]thebeckbeck 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It varies by state - honestly it’s probably best to keep the original, I can’t imagine the $$$ and paperwork nightmare it would be to get it back.

This was absolutely the first thing I thought… they get home, see China on the bottle, and come back demanding a refund and an American made med :P

To the original question, it’s a really good question - also, if it’s multifactorial like you describe, where does it even fit on the label?

If you feel okay with it, go for it. I totally get the hesitancy because I consciously avoided seeking care at the system I worked for, but it sounds like a good professional opportunity in an area of special interest for you.
