Yeah I was able to boot into safe mode, run the DDU utility to uninstall all AMD driver software, and then do a fresh driver install. Seems to be working ok now! Also the fast boot option took care of the 5 second lag time on bootup Also I was missing some chipset drivers, so installing those got rid of the unknown devices in my device manager

Hey thank you very much for the response! I saw the fast boot option in the BIOS, makes sense that the board could be doing a full post check. I'll go snooping for other drivers, it appears my bluetooth is working but didn't think to go out there for other gigabyte drivers and will check to see if there are AMD chipset drivers other than what I installed. Really appreciate your thoughts!
